What Do We Do?

We make digital music systems that sound crisp, clear and strong; that are well designed and look great -- the sort of thing you would want in your home; and that are really well built, acoustic wood construction, kevlar speakers and silk tweeters.

No wimpy sound, no garish design. Not from Kanto. Not now, not ever.

 

Our History

We started the way most small companies do. We were in the market for a digital music system but couldn’t find one that we really liked. One thing led to another and before you know it we said “we can build one better than that”. That’s exactly what we did. That was in 2006.

The founders of Kanto are well acquainted with manufacturing efficiencies and quality concerns. We’ve spent many years designing and manufacturing OEM products (that’s when you design and manufacture a product for someone else to sell) for large consumer electronics companies. Our manufacturing knowledge combined with our team of dedicated design engineers is the driving force behind our success today.

Over the last 4 years we’ve listened to our customers, kept up with all the products in the marketplace and worked closely with our design team and production staff. We added the features our customers and the marketplace was asking for: exceptional sound quality, S-Video output, full function remotes and multiple input jacks.
