On the home page we state our products are "Risk Free", "Worry Free" and that we "Ship Free". There are some reasonable conditions associated with these claims, they are:
Risk Free
Yes. You can send any product you purchased back to us for a
full, no-questions-asked refund but please be aware that you have to pay
the shipping cost, you must send it within 30 days of purchase, you are
responsible for packing it in such a way that it arrives intact and the
product must have been purchased directly from our website. Any
returned products must contain all original packaging and contents.

Worry Free
Yes. Our products work with all iPods, iPhones and 99.999% of all
known MP3 players. However one thing we should point out with the
iPhone is that when you plug it into one of our fantastic speaker
systems you might get a “nag” screen like this:

Just click the “Dismiss” button. Your Kanto speaker system will not interfere with your phone reception nor will you experience any interference noise while it is docked into your Kanto speaker system.
Ship Free
Yes. We do ship free but unfortunately our resources are limited
so we can only cover North America (Canada & the 48 continental US
States), excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. We know, Hawaii,
Alaska and Puerto Rico always seem to get the blunt end of the stick
when it comes to shipping so here’s what we’ll do, we’ll only charge you $10 for shipping if you live in one of those places
(actually if you live on the North Shore of Maui we might deliver it by
hand, for free).
